To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read deurty boys per materials submitted on 10/27/15 & stamped approved 10/28/15 sign will measure: w x h x 2 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered between the two ground floor doors sign will hang from chains from existing metal arm sign will have a wood border with white and grey lettering on central sign no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
