Remove balcony (approximately 17 ft long x inches wide), remove reuse railing, replace 4 x 4 wood on balconies, and painting.

Work is on the third floor balcony on the cabildo alley elevationremove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached).
