Evaluate to remove 32" oak tree

Sir maam, hello! I spoke to lynda patton today at her office concerning a tree on my property boundary and she told me to direct this request to doug. The neighbors (karl illyes and jennifer jackson phone 813-601-2922) have legally agreed (contract signed) if approved by the city to remove the tree because the roots are damaging their foundation. My interest in this, is i am closing on the land next to the tree at 621 danube on may 4 and would like to know what my options are to build. The roots would affect building on my property. After traveling the world with the military im looking forward to living here and would just like an assessment of the tree roots tree etc. I want to do whats right for everyone.
