Install ice shield underlayment and new del caremen roofing slate with copper roofing nails. Install new aluminum drip edge at eaves and copper snow guards. Install new copper step apron and flashing. Remove asphalt shingles from side porch and install new certain teed hatteras shingles. Repair chimney by removing and relaying loose bricks. Repoint mortar to match existing in color texture joint size profile and hardness. Applicant to submit photo slate color and shingle color to chap staff for review and approval prior to beginning project. All work to be completed. As per plans in chap files. )
