Permit to fix violations imposed by vcc. Violations are for the addresses of 614 and 616 conti st. Violations, as described by the vcc, are: -inappropriate vinyl windows installed without permit.-roof replaced with an inappropriate asphalt material on service building.-dormer installed in roof without permit.-impermissible flashing on wall and parapet. Hvac installed without permit.-impermissible color changing lighting system mounted to gallery ceiling.-installation of satellite dish without the benefit of vcc review and approval.-inappropriate wall material installed on service building. Speakers installed without permit.-skylights installed without permit. A stop work order has been imposed on the building. With the necessary permits in order we hope to have that lifted so we can make the necessary changes.

Correct vcc violations: new windows; roof on service building; new dormer; f;ashing; hvac equipment; exterior lighting; satellite dish; speakers, skylights.
