All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc. This permit is issued based on information provided by the applicant as to matters of title to the property involved. The city has undertaken no examination of title and this permit may not be construed as an opinion of title.
