Remodel bath downstairs. 2 x 4 walls insulation r-21 will be added to in basement perimeter exterior walls. Front basement window opening is 54" x 26 3 4" and 44" from the floor to window sill. Rear window opening is 4 x 4 and 24" from the floor to window sill as per plans as per code.
