Installing temporary wood bracing under repaired roof framing tails sister 3 wood tails of roof framing remove and replace porch decking. Remove and replace wood beams across front porch. Remove and reinstall railings remove 1st column on front right hand side of porch and reuse repair end of porch behind lattice under deck sister 2x12 pt lumber 2 areas under decking replace existing fascia and trim @ roof of porch install 6 chrome metal bull nose on front lip of porch floor at steps left hand side corner of porch drill 2" hole install drip elbow and tie in 2"x3" downspout to existing column. Remove and replace cap and base trim on 2 columns @ steps as per sketch as per code 71"x24"steps to leave as is
