The new addition is to extend aprox. 2 beyond the present wall to the line of the 1st floor cantilevered kitchen wall. The roof rafters above the bathroom will need to be extended and will require engineering calculations to show splicing requirements. Also provide floor and roof framing information as well as the framing for the outside wall. Show existing construction in the area of the new addition. The outside wall will require a continuous foundation. Show load path from roof to the foundation.
