There is a combined sewage/drain system that is shared between 60 & 6042 pine st. I have been told by the tenants at 60 that their basement is flooded with sewage water and the entire building smells of feces. In my basement there is visible evidence of water entering my basement from 6040. The problem is in the basement of 6040, not 6042.
