Chap authorization to proceed hunting ridge historical district - approved as per atp: remove existing wood fence and install new cedar wood fence enclosing rear yard. Fence will be approximately 124 long 6 tall board-on-board fencing with a 1" x 4" cap and two 4" wide flat board gates with a convex top. Gate posts to be 6" x 6" others 4" x 4" all capped with black metal. Fence posts will be set 30-36" deep into the ground with concrete footers. Fence boards will be 1" x 4" x 6 tall (approx. 2. 5" space on both sides) and double-nailed to three 2" x 4" runners. Fence to be built on-site to the grade with all pressure treated wood as per sketch as per code.
