The previous owner of this home obtained a permit to construct a 6 foot wooden fence just over years ago. We would like to replace the old wooden fence with a new one. The previous owner was in harmony with ordinance provisions 21. 80. 270(a) and 21. 80. 270(a) (6) and was granted a variance for this corner lot. We have all the paperwork for the permit including letters from the traffic engineer and zoning administrator if desired. We do not plan on making any changes to where the fence will be- just changing the old wooden fence with a new wooden fence.
