Complaint received: there is a debris pile in the alley behind this residence that is a haven for rats. The rats have chewed holes in my garage wall. I have even had a pest control company render services. The debris pile appears to be in the setback area of the alley. There is a utility trailer that has been stored there for several years and not moved. This debris pile is an eyesore and a fire hazard. There is a lot of traffic that uses this alley, due to off street parking. The property is in direct conflict with the improvements that are occurring in the neighborhood. The rat problem is continuing to get worse.
