Remove (e) shower and replace with closet. Remove & replace tub same location with relocated drain. Remove & replace vanity & tub same location. Reconfigure built in closet and install shelving. Remove & replace wallpapered sheetrock in dining room & m. Bedroom. To stairs to lower level, remove and replace stair railing,treads & risers with same. Install new lighting to master bedroom, living room and hallway, in addition to m. Bath & kitchen.
