Permit is for the erection of a 6 high fence (rear and side); for the erection of a one (1) story addition above an existing attached two (2) story structure (maximum height not to exceed 35) with cellar, a three (3) story addition (front, maximum height not to exceed 35) with cellar, and a three (3) story addition (rear, maximum height not to exceed 35); for use as a vacant commercial space as permitted in c-2 (use registration required prior to occupancy) on the first floor, a two (2) family dwelling on the 2nd floor, and a two (2) family dwelling on the 3rd floor (total 4 family dwelling).

Permit for retail sales of cold sandwiches/ cold salads(no dispensing window, no malt beverages) -less than seats - a take-out restaurant - as part of an existing retail grocery store, on the first floor and a vacant 2nd and 3rd floor (use registration required prior to occupancy).

Certificate is for a take-out restaurant (no seating) as part of an existing retail grocery store on 1st floor in the same building with existing four (4) apartments above.
