Driveway and house drainage permit construct mcdot standard: mc-301. 05 type driveway in accordance with montgomery county standards and specifications and the direction of the dps inspector. Contact the montgomery county department of transportation, division of highway services at 240-777-60 for a county arborist to inspect the property for tree removal or appropriate species for tree planting within county rights of way prior to driveway construction. The applicant may be required to obtain a separate roadside tree permit from the maryland department of natural resources forest service.
