The ngb pilot plant will utilize and existing 1 0 gallon tank to store vegetable oil and will install a 7 0 gallon mix tank material receiving system amd associated piping pumps valves and filters to produce an estimated 3 0 gallon of biofuel per month. Materials recieved will included vegetable oil brought by trucks water brought in totes and ethanal brought in drums. The materials will be mixed together with a surfactant to produce an emuls filed biofuel product which will be located onto trucks for shipment. The pilot plant will not require sanitary or potable water sevice from the city no existing buildings will be altered as part of the project nor will any new buildings be built as per plans as per code.
