Remove and replace 1 window and 4 doors

Equal change out 3. 5 tons, no duct or electrical work will need to be performed.

Master bathroom: cut out and remove shower valve and relocate it to opposite side of shower on left side, keeping stationary head on same wall it is currently. Install diverted separate for hand held head to be on same wall as valve. Replace pan liner and pro slope leaving the drain in same location. Replace 2 lav faucets 8" spread. Reinstall same toilet after floors are done. Powder bathroom: move water and waste lines over to left to accommodate new pedestal sink and faucet. Reset toilet cut out and replace washing machine box with hammer arrestors. Install homeowner supplied tub in the guest bathroom with tub shower valve and new drain assembly. Also install new 4 spread faucet. Reset toilet in guest bathroom. Cut kitchen waste arm and move it left approx 1 ft. Install kitchen fixtures at final stage. Ice maker line will be a steel braided supply line through kitchen cabinet strapped up high on back wall of cabinet to hide line from view.

Take out exisiting switches and rec. And replace with decora white devices, after new cabinets are installed
