The proposed project is located within the city of tampa at the west end of cypress street, southwest of the sr 60 i-275 interchange. The project is made up of two separate parcels which have been designated parcels b and c. Parcel b is located at the west end of lasalle street and consists of 3. Acres. The parcel contains 1. 78 acres of wetlands and 1. 52 acres of uplands. Parcel c consists of 7. 15 acres. The parcel contains 5. 58 acres of wetlands and 1. 57 acres of uplands. The total project area is 10. 45 acres. The two parcels are the remainder parcels of a 25. 83 property following the acquisition of 13. Acres by florida department of transportation (fdot) for the construction of the new sr 60 spruce street interchange project and associated frontage roads. The project has received regulatory approvals as detailed in the following table.
