Approval of the expansion of the nonconforming use, through the proposed remodeling of the facility, including the plans for: addition of an elevator and new stairs, to the outside of the building, to allow accessible access to all levels; modifications to provide new entry and plaza at existing brick archway; replacements of some existing windows and addition of skylights; addition of new door with roofed cover and stairs; addition of new windows on the south faade.
