This project area consists of the renovation of 13,297 gsf of exising space laboratory space. There will no change of building use and occupancy. Work includes the creation of new tissue culture labs, closed office space for post doc. Write ups, a new microscopy suite and general upgrades including new sinks, countertops and shelving indicated throughout the rpoject scope. Primary utility services includes supply air, exhaust air, chilled water, steam, hot water , domestic water and power. New office enclosure partitions are to be gypsum board on metal stud; new doors are wood with either vision glazing or flush to match existing. Frames are to be hollow metal to match existing.
