Add 1 new bathroom 3 gas test only change 6 fixtures in existing bathrooms reconstruct waste and water 1 laundry room change water heater 0 btu stove 0 btu. All work done to code.

Replace broken sewer line inside of house. Will need to break open concrete flooring. Will pour new concrete patch when done. Install new 4" pvc sewer line dig up front yard & replace sewer line with new pvc sewer line with 2 new cleanout in front yard. As per code.
