The attached conformed revision package incorporates post-permit design revisions required by user (apm dbom operator) requests and coordination issues that have been issued to the field as architects supplemental instructions (asi) packages as follows: asi #1, dated 10/30/2015: primary revisions to the building include relocation of stair #2, revised roof design and resulting storm drainage. This affected architectural and structural sheets and also mechanical (plumbing), electrical (lighting & lightning protection) and fire alarm drawings per the resulting storm drainage, lighting and life safety changes required by the stair and roof changes. Secure - we are writing to request a permit revision to tia apm station #4 maintenance & storage facility superstructure and shell package submission, submittal bld-15-0440479. We are proposing deletion of the exterior soffit panels on the underside of the elevated slab and revising the r-value of this elevated slab separating the interior conditioned space from the unconditioned, exterior space beneath. This revision requires modifications to the architectural, structural, electrical and fire suppression system drawings. The superstructure and shell package was submitted conforming to the requirements of the 20 florida building code (fbc) and 20 fbc energy conservation code. As indicated on sheet x1. 1 in the energy code compliance information chart, an r-value equal to or greater than is required for raised floors (refer to table 502. 1. 1. 1(1)). An r-value of 30. 48 was proposed in the design documents for the elevated slab in this area.
