Non-structural alterations exterior work - demolish and remove the existing patio in front of the house. Cut down dogwood tree in front of house remove stump. Install a new 6 sq ft masonry patio in the same foot print as original patio except new patio will be proper full away from house. New stove surface will be set in bed of mortar on 4" thick rebar reinforced concrete poured on 3" compacted gravel 35 of 2 conduit will be install under the slab for future electric back fill around new patio with top soil.
