Installation of 2 soil boring groundwater monitoring wells on private property via hollow stem auger as required by doee ust branch. Monitoring wells will be sampled periodically.

We will perform one geotechnical boring on the proposed site which will be extended to depths of 25 feet below existing site grades. The boring will be located within the bounds of the private property. The boring will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The boring will be performed utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is complete, the boring will be backfilled in accordance with ddoe requirements with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water.
