Install new millwork consisting of 6-over-9 double-hung windows in the two end bays, 2nd and 3rd floors; & a pair of 3-lightpaneled french doors in the center bay, 2nd and 3rd floors. Note: this work was approved by the architectural committee in 2006 & re-approved in 2008. The work is still in the process ofbeing completed & this is an extension of vccp-11-0303
