The former avis facility is located at 5412 airport service road. All aboveground structures and building were previously demolished. The existing sanitary sewer service lateral from the former avis facility still has all underground sanitary sewer service laterals in-place. On the north side of the former avis facility building is an existing oil water separator (ows) which has been clean to remove all sludge and residual materials. The ows discharges into an existing 4 inch cast iron sewer lateral which flow northward to an existing 8-inch gravity city of tampa sanitary sewer line located within the center of the rental car road pavement located along the northern boundary of the avis parcel. Following demolition of the avis building, petroleum underground storage tanks (ust) system were removed from the site followed by the removal of un-suitable soils.
