Demolition of one story warehouse and 3 other buildings as well as asphalt parking areas

New three story climate controlled self storage facility with exterior faade consisting for brick, eifs and storefront. The site is located at 54 s. Westshore blvd, tampa florida. The proposed construction will be a new self? Storage building, a retail building and parking for both buildings. Based on a project site area for 95,675 sf, the total existing impervious area being removed is 88,672 sf of which 35,979sf is vehicular use area. The proposed impervious area is 77,958 sf of which 36,843 sf is vehicular use area. The remaining areas are building and sidewalks. Therefore, there is only a proposed net increase of vehicular use area of 864 sf and a decrease of total impervious area of 10,714 sf. Per city of tampa stormwater technical standard manual for private development section iv. C. 1. A, project is exempt from city stormwater retention and detention requirements.

The plans were revised to modify the radius on the north side of the driveway connection. The radius for reduce from 20ft to 15ft to prevent a conflict with the existing railroad warming lights. Only sheet c3 was updated for this change.
