On falmouth rd (house #5336) install plastic gas service in accordance with washington gas plan no. 66078. Construct utility pavement patch in kind as directed by the inspector in the field. Install a roof/sump pump drain within the county right of way with the following conditions:curb face will be saw cut to accept a maximum 4" diameter pvc drainage pipe. Concrete epoxy non shrink grout will be used to patch the cut curb face and above the drainpipe.
