New double-sided wood sing hung by chains from underneath of balcony. The sign is a horizontal oval with a rectangular banner measuring a total of 44" wide by a height of 24" and is painted in mustard orange, black and white paint. See attached diagram

The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
