Site fill: over time, due to erosion (and potential alteration on my neighboring property), my properties grade has become unnatural and has created a bowl effect where major pooling has been an issue along the east fence line and in the northeast section in between the utility shed and the eastern fence. Because the natural grade of my lot is higher in the front i am not able to reroute my stormwater to russell st causing the back of my lot to take on water with no way for it to drain. My plans for this would be to increase elevation of the shallow areas of back section of the lot by bringing in fill dirt, and then regrade the terrain back to a natural flow. The topography i got from southwest florida water management shows that russell st is 1 foot higher in elevation than the back of my lot.
