Tear off old comp shingles and replace with new comp shingles ( includes house and garage). Add to scope of work - 03 23 17 replace exterior siding as needed to areas of house and garage, approx. 1 liner feet. 03 27 17 add to scope of work: replace 2 french door, 8 windows and add 1 new window in master bedroom. 4 21 2017 add to scope of work - install insulation and repair drywall as needed around windows being replaced. 04 25 17 added to scope: remodel 2 bathrooms - total sf 125, replace kitchen cabinets and electrical. Total sf 280. Still under 50% of total gross area of 1459. No fire sprinklers required
