Repairs per materials approved by architectural committee on 10 25 16 and stamped vcc approved 12 02 16, as follows:repair replace deteriorated fascia on dauphine elevation to match existing. Remove replace existing copper flashing, to match existing, along st. Louis side parapet. Uninstall and reinstall existing fire free shingles as needed. Replace any broken shingles to match existing. Repair stucco where cracked on toulouse elevation, using vcc stucco forumla (attached). Remove replace existing burgundy-side first floor french doors with sidelites. Raise brick threshold 1 2", install bronze interlocking threshold. Match existing panel moulding, muntin pattern and astragal. Existing frame to remain. Failure to exactly match materials, details, size, material, profile, exposure, paint color, or vcc mortar stucco as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.

Paint stucco on rear and upriver elevations gray to match existing.

Walls: light gray, armory, p-l 23 (to match existing), flat or eggshell finish

To construct elevator within existing structure connecting the main building and dependency building as per architectural committee approval of 12 13 16, final materials submitted 01 05 17, and stamped vcc approved 01 31 17. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing stairs located within the connecting structure installation of an ode-5 outdoor elevator within the connecting structure installation of a new metal spiral staircase within the connecting structure infilling of the existing openings to the connecting structure with louvered panels and louvered doors installation of missing iron fencing on the dauphine property line
