Clean as many brick as possible and obtain brick matching as close as possible to mix and blend with original brick. Match mortar from flamingo cement color chart. Masonry - rebuild wall same as was existing. Fill block solid under joist for support and make fire cuts around joist per code and fill solid. Reinforce walls using dur-o-wal to attach block and brick wall together. Install necessary weep holes and rubber flashing at necessary location as per drawing as per code.
