Scope of work is as follows: remove existing electric/mechanical exterior non-covered wheel chair lift and replace with a typical frame handicap ramp. Elevation change is 58 inches. The ramp will be built of wood to meet or exceed current 20 ada requirements (section 405 ramps). It will be u shaped with a total length of 63 feet including the 5 x 5 landing where the direction changes to create the u shape.
