Grand tree trimming evaluation

Tree consultation for two mature oak trees on my property. My house is on the southwest corner of giddens avenue and seminole avenue. The first tree is on the south property line between my house and the house immediately to my south. It is behind the brick wall and is the largest oak tree closest to the front. To inspect the tree you will need to enter my neighbors property -- at 5206 seminole ave -- through the wooden gate in the wooden fence at the end of my neighbors driveway. My neighbor leaves the gate unlocked and told me the tree consultant can enter at anytime. You will also need to enter through my wrought iron gate at the front of my house. I will leave it unlocked for you. The second tree is the large grand oak on the north side of my house. It is easily accessible from giddens avenue. I seek information on the health of these two trees to determine if they need pruning, other maintenance or possible removal.

Remove 24" laurel oak located at the front south east side of the house and trim live oak located at the center north side of the house per doug pierce recommendations.
