Install cast aluminum individual letters to five monument entry walls per dr99-033; non-illuminated signage "stone canyon apartment homes". Two signs at southern ave entry each 25 sf. The sign at the corner of higley and hampton is 32 sf. The two signs at the hampton entrance are each 32 sf. The two all existing monument entries are out of the current right of way. Water features at two locations, colors and tile work on the existing monuments has been approved per dr99-033 reference related building permit bld2015-03808.
