Ez standard limited commercial alterations & repairs- for the limited demolition and commercial alterations as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans. Work to include repairs to gwb walls as needed, paint wall & ceiling surfaces throughout, replace apartment entry doors with fire rated doors, replace interior doors, replace kitchen cabinets & countertops, replace vanities in all bathrooms. Install new appliances in kitchens. Owner is installing the work. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac installations. Call the district inspector at least 24 hours prior to the start of work.
