Permit for the lot adjustment to create one (1) lot (parcel "c") from two (2) opa accounts: (517-33 poplar street and 903 n. 6th street) for the demolition of existing one-story structure; for the erection of an attached structure with bay windows from second floor through fifth floor, a common roof deck with 42-inch guard rails accessed by a pilot houses (height nte feet); balcony from 2nd floor through 5th floors; for a multi-family household living with cellar (forty (40) dwelling units) from 2nd through 5th floors and prepared food shop on first floor and cellar;for the creation of six(6) accessory parking spaces including with two(2) accessible spaces; twenty-nine ( 29) accessory parking spaces at first floor ( total thirty-five(35) accessory parking spaces on lot) and a total of sixteen (16) bicycle spaces (all required bicycle parking) (shall be located along an accessible route) at first floor level.
