Pods (only for 6 months) -- temporarily place pod within the public right-of-way. The permittee agrees to hold montgomery county harmless from any liability associated with the placement of pod in the public right-of-way. Pod location and warning devices such as barricades, traffic cones and/or lights are to be placed as directed by the dps inspector. Pods placed for more than 7 days must comply with building setback requirement and permit. Complete repair (restoration of right-of-way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site.
