Two geotechnical soil borings with an atv drill rig using 3. 25 inch hollow stem augers to create 6 inch annuls. Borings will be advanced to a depth of 25 feet and feet below existing site grades. Borings will be abandoned in accordance with doee requirements.

Complete four soil borings to depths up to feet for the collection of soil and groundwater samples as part of property transaction. The soil borings will be will be backfilled immediately upon completion of drilling. No disturbed soils will be used to backfill the soil borings. Each soil boring location shall be tremie-grouted in one continuous operation from the bottom of the soil boring upward to the ground surface. A bentonite slurry mix will consist of at least two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon of water. The surface will be completed to match existing grade and materials. Lod is less than ft2
