Authorization to proceed replace slate roof with black timberline natural shadow pewter gray asphalt shingle. Replace gutters and downspouts to match existing. Repair/replace front porch beam. Repair beaded board porch ceiling as needed. Install temporary bracing for front porch roof in order to remove wooden columns and railings for stripping and repair. Reinstall stripped columns and railings repair/replace fascia board along porch deck front repair decking as needed all to match existing in material and profile. Clean and reinstall existing wood lattice work at sides of porch; prime and paint. Repair/replace fascia boards along exterior edges of roof. Repair/replace concrete stairs to kitchen and to basement. Replace broken siding and paint to match existing. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.

Notice to proceed install vinyl replacement windows at first and second floors on rear (sw) and left (se) sides. Applicant to contact chap staff when contractor is ready to be on site to begin installation and chap staff will meet on site to review and approve one windows installation before work proceeds further.
