Install a 34" x 20" x 3 4" wooden hanging sign on existing pole per sketch and dpm approval.

To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read newtons hot & cold per drawings stamped vcc approved 11 08 17 sign will measure: 24 w x h x thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above storefront window sign will hang from chains attached to existing 3 projecting pole sign will have a black frame, white background with black lettering with a golden orange cone with light pink ice cream no additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.
