Level i alterations to existing apartment bldg: work to include removal of plaster walls and ceilings, re-installation of 5 8 " type x sheet rock on ceilings and walls (maintain 1 hour fire rating between units)new floors throughout, new kitchens, new baths and interior finishes. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit separate.

Reduce from five (5) apartment units to four (4), no changes in height or area

Install fire alarm system per nfpa 72 (multi family)west district

Install (3) heat pump systems with ductwork (multi-family)

Upgrade to a 3 amp service. Install 5 gang meter soceket, hard wire smokes and all devices per nec 2008 no fire alarm on this permit west district

Level ii interior alterations (no structural, work area < 50% per floor) throughout an existing three (3) story semi-detached structure to reduce the number of dwelling units to a new total of four (4). Work includes select interior demolition, new finishes and non-bearing partitions within units, rated exit stair enclosure walls and floor systems (where altered). Partial rear wall infill with frt framing. Sheathing. Certificate of occupancy for change in occupancy with no change in occupancy classification. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
