Install a new 3rd floor window on the chartres elevation closest to barracks. This window will match the existing 3rd floor window on the chartres elevation closest to esplanade. A drawing of the window is submitted. Install four (4), ten (10) light casement style windows in the third floor window assembly on the chartres elevation of the main building, closest to barracks.
