Interior work (1 sq ft)/exterior work - structural alterations - category ii - replace 12 rafter and 7 joist. Repair drywall on 2nd floor. Replace fascia an soffit. Also 1 window and paint same size and kind location. All repairs and with same size kind

Install x 12 x storage shed pre fab placed in the rear of yard. Paint same as the house and mad of wood it will be place on existing concrete slab that is 15 x as per sketch
