Complaint received - occupant in the end unit of a duplex is running a landscaping business. The occupant parks multiple trucks (including a utility truck) and trailers on both webster and maryland streets. Often the trucks and trailers are parked when there is insufficient street parking space so that they are parked inappropriately and directly on the corner of the two streets. This results in unsafe pedestrian crossing by blocking the walkways, blocked view of drivers approaching the intersection (especially for vehicles traveling north on maryland as they approach webster), and an eyesore to the neighborhood. A few times each month, later in the evenings or on sundays, loud power equipment and heavy machinery are powered on for maintenance or cleaning, including in the middle of the street at times. This is a noise nuisance and also another street hazard.
