Site grading and drainage related to new addition and new barn studio (see b17-2577 thru b-17-2581)9 11 17 scope of work increased to add driveway reconstruction and water line; work now extends to montgomery dr. (encroachment permit needed). 9 20 17 water line removed from driveway plan and added to sewer plan (b17-2580). 10 5 17 plan revised for enhanced erosion and sediment control per approval by mark setterland for grading on slopes >10% after october 1.
