The residence is located on a conservation lot in tampa palms. Over the years, the trees in the rear of the house have grown larger and closer to the house and pool enclosure. The larger trees have very heavy branches that have been breaking off with increasing frequency during wind storms. Six trees have grown to the point where they need to be removed or pruned in order to remove the hazard conditions to the home or people in the back yard. Last week a large branch fell from another tree and lodged in the top of one of the trees identified for removal thereby creating a hazard to the home and anyone in the back yard.
