Remove part of existing deck to conform to current lot coverage codes. The deck is wood, on pier and post, standing about 44" above grade. The portion to be removed is roughly the south east end,with dimensions on a side of approximately 4 feet by feetplus a further triangular section 2 7" by 4 5" on the south east corner;amounting to a deck area to be removed of about 45 square feet. After removal, deck railing will be repaired or replaced on the newly created edge.
